If your artwork arrives damaged, please accept our apologies and get in contact within 14 days - we will be happy to either arrange to replace your damaged artwork or arrange a refund upon its return.
We take great care to ensure your order is packed correctly. However, if anything is wrong, please get in contact within 14 days of purchase.
Under the distance selling regulations, you have 14 days to change your mind and inform us, we will then be happy to refund your money upon return of the artwork in a re-saleable condition. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning your products.

If you change your mind after ordering but before you receive your artwork, then still get in contact as soon as possible. If we have already sent out your order you will need to either refuse the package or else return it yourself at your own cost.
